Get in shape with Hume's 6-week Challenge!

This program is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance as well as cardiovascular fitness. This is a great program for weight loss, muscle tone and overall fitness.


What's involved:

  • Variety of exercises and activities.
  • Some of these include equipment-based training with sand bags, kettlebells, tyres, TRX and other equipment.
  • We also cover boxing, agility/obstacle courses, endurance training, body weight exercises and team-based activities.

Important information

  • Starting Monday 17 October
  • 45-50 minute sessions
  • All sessions will be outside (Weather Dependent)

When are the sessions

  • Splash- Monday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 8am
  • SALC- Thursday 6.45pm Friday 7.15am Saturday 10.05am
  • BALC- Monday 6.30pm Wednesday 7pm Saturday 10.30am

What's Included?

  • 3 Sessions per week for 6 weeks
  • Before and after measurements, to track your success on our Humefit App

How do I register and what does it cost?

Register with our Customer Service team at your preferred centre before Thursday 13 October

  • Members $60
  • Non-Members $120* Conditions apply (This also includes, Pool, Gym and Group Fitness access during this time for first time non-member bootcamp attendees)
  • No joining fee if you join at the completion of the 6 weeks
  • Free for Foundation members (Splash)
