As a member of Splash Aqua Park and Leisure Centre, you’ll enjoy working out when it suits you with 24/7 access to our fully-equipped gym.
We have the latest cardio and fitness equipment, as well as a dedicated functional training circuit, weights zones and warm up and recovery areas. Our gym is heated and air-conditioned to ensure an ideal training environment all year round, and is both safe and welcoming with 24-hour surveillance and secure digital key access for members.
Our gym will staffed by our experienced fitness team from 5.30am-10pm weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends.

Our top of the range cardio equipment is sourced from some of the world’s leading fitness companies, ensuring a first class member experience. The Cardio Zone houses equipment boasting the latest in fitness technology, including treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers, spin bikes, rowing machines, steppers and cross-overs.
Functional Training Zone
Our functional training zone is a great place to build power and strength, improve stability and mobility and overall endurance and flexibility. Functional training combines a range of body movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting and lifting for a high intensity full body workout. The circuit will be complete with a range of gear including kettlebells, medicine balls, power bands, battle ropes, benches and various exercise stations.
Weight training Zone
Whether you want to tone up or build muscle, we have a wide selection of strength and conditioning equipment in our dedicated weight training zones. Our vast selection of plate loaded and pin loaded machines and free weights, includes lifting platforms, squat, incline and adjustable benches, cable stations, presses, pulldowns, rows and curls dumbbells, leg and smith machines.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
If you want to exercise with others in a fun, social and structured way, then a group fitness class could be for you.
We run more than 80 classes per week catering for a range of exercise types, for beginners to experienced athletes. Whether you want to get fitter with high-intensity cardio, stronger with weight-based training, find your inner zen or just socialise with other people, we have a group fitness class for you.
Our group fitness timetable sees classes held at various times during the morning, afternoon and evening and includes the latest LesMillsTM, MetafitTM and ZumbaTM programs plus custom-built and virtual classes. Our classes are led by qualified and experienced instructors who can help you get the most out of your workout. Classes range from 30-50 minutes in length and full class details are in our Group Fitness Timetable.
