Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book online?

Members can book online via the HumeFit app.

How do I book a ticket if I am casual?

See reception staff just like a normal group fitness classes.

Can I book if I don't have the Humefit app?

See reception. The members will be installed in coming weeks.

How early do I need to arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to advertised time to set up your equipment.

Will there be an instructor in the class?

No - the class will start automatically on the projector.

What if the class is not working?

Please contact reception and we will get it fixed for you.

What happens if there is an injury?

Please contact gym staff.

How long are the classes?

Most classes are 45 minutes, Sprint is 30 minutes.

How many people are allowed in the class?

Class numbers are capped the same as standard group fitness classes.

What if I'm running late?

For your safety you cannot join a class after the warm up.

Are you replacing teachers?

No - This is in addition to our standard timetable. It does mean that if an instructor is unable to take class and we can not find a replacement that we can run the class virtually and not have to cancel.

Our classes aim to get your heart rate up to burn calories, whilst enjoying the newest tunes and latest group fitness trends.

Our mind and body classes focus on the principles of control, stretching, strength, balance, breathing and relaxation.

Our cycling classes use spin bikes and help to develop your aerobic capacity, endurance and strength.

Our virtual classes are updated every three months with new choreography and music, just like our live classes. Many are also available in different lengths
