Our Youth Membership offers tailored fitness programs for adolescents aged 12 to 15, beginning with Youth Aqua, where they can dive into invigorating water exercises promoting cardiovascular fitness, stress relief, and overall health. At 14 and 15 years old, participants have the exciting option to choose between our dynamic Youth Gym program, brimming with personalised training, motivation, and expert education, or indulge in the best of both worlds with access to both gym and pool facilities. These initiatives not only prepare teens for full gym memberships at 16 but also ignite a passion for lifelong physical well-being and positive engagement with exercise from an early age.
